Client Hyper-V is the virtualization technology built into Windows 8 that is previously available only in Windows Server.
Since it is not enabled by default, to use Client Hyper-V, you need to follow these simple steps:
- Go to Control Panel and click Programs, and click Programs and Features.
- Click Turn Windows features on or off.
- Check all Hyper-V related checkboxes, click OK, and then click Close.
Now, you should see Hyper-V Manager in the Program Tiles.
